Built for the people who run toward it
ServiceJacket is an independent career platform for first responders: a training directory you can trust, honest promotion prep and a private place to keep your record.
Why we built it
Finding specialty training still means digging through dozens of provider sites and directories full of expired listings. Promotion prep is scattered and often oversold. And most officers, firefighters and medics keep their training history in a desk drawer until the night before a promotional packet is due.
ServiceJacket puts those three things in one calm, fast place that works on the phone in your pocket.
What we stand for
- Source everything. Every course links to where it came from and shows when we last checked it.
- Labels over tricks. If someone pays for placement, it says so, and it never changes search ranking.
- Your record is yours. Career jackets are private by default and exportable any time.
- Help is never for sale. The help hub carries no ads, sponsors or tracking.
Who is behind it
ServiceJacket is privately run and independent. We are not a government agency, a union or a testing company, and nothing here is endorsed by any department. We do not use official logos, seals or badges.
